At Frontier Medical Transportation, we provide reliable non-emergency transportation services to meet a variety of needs. Our offerings include dialysis transportation, rides to medical appointments, and wheelchair transport for those with mobility challenges. We also assist with adult daycare visits, hospital discharges, wound care appointments, and even recreational outings. Our goal is to ensure safe, comfortable, and timely transport for all our passengers.

Our Vans

Our two fully operational vans are climate-controlled, wheelchair accessible, and meticulously maintained with regular six-month inspections by New York State D.O.T to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable ride for every passenger.

Our Drivers

At Frontier Medical Transportation, our two registered drivers are CDL Class C certified with extensive experience operating ambulette vehicles. Their expertise ensures safe and reliable transport for every passenger. Local Transportation

We provide reliable and comfortable wheelchair accessible for persons needing to pick up medication’s, recreation, or to travel local distances in your community.

Self-Pay Travel

We offer self pay travel services for businesses, and private customers that require a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

We accept cash, credit card, and Medicaid.

Hourly Service

Need a van for a few hours? We offer competitive base charges and mileage rates, for your convenience. Our rates are affordable, and our vans are well-maintained.

Booking FAQ’S

How far in advance should I book my Ambulette?

Booking your van in advance is highly recommended, as there are certain times of day or periods during the year when availability may be limited. To secure your preferred dates, we suggest requesting a quote and reserving your spot as early as possible.

Can we reserve van without making a deposit?

Our booking system offers only two statuses: quotation and booked. MCT does not “hold” reservations, so your trip will either be in quote status or booked status. To guarantee your transportation, we recommend completing your booking as soon as possible.

What are the payment requirements?

A $100 vehicle deposit is required 5 business days before your appointment. For bookings made within 2 days of the appointment, the full trip cost is due at the time of booking. Final payment will be processed at the end of the confirmed appointment date.

What are your cancelation terms?

All cancellations must be received 1 day in advance to qualify for a full refund. A charge of $200 per van per day will apply for any cancellations made within 1 day of your departure. Additionally, any ride canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full amount of $200 for the appointment.

How do you ensure the safety and cleanliness of your vehicles?

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our ambulette vehicle, we thoroughly clean our vans after each appointment and conduct a comprehensive cleaning before the start of each workday. This commitment ensures that every passenger enjoys a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment during their transportation experience. Your health and comfort are our top priorities.

Is it better to book via website? Or to call in and book my appointment?

Customers can conveniently book an appointment by calling the owner’s number or using the online booking feature, where they can also view available dates and see when specific dates are already booked.

How many seats does each van have? How many wheelchair spots does each van have?

Our vans are designed for versatility and comfort, accommodating up to 4 passengers, 2 wheelchairs, and 1 stretcher. This spacious layout ensures that we can meet the diverse transportation needs of our clients, providing a safe and comfortable ride for everyone.
